Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return and a refund, items must meet the following criteria:

• The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original condition.
• The item must be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase.

Return Process

• Pack the item securely in its original packaging, along with a copy of the original purchase receipt.
• Ship the products to Hamilton Pharmacy (204 Hamilton Road, London, ON, N5Z 1R1)

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the item.
• Hamilton Pharmacy is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit during the return process.

Refund Process

• Once we receive your returned item and verify its eligibility, we will initiate the refund process.
• Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used during the purchase.
• Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account. Please note that it may take longer, depending on individual banks' processing times.

Non-Refundable Items

Clearance items, hygiene products and products intended for personal use are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged or defective.
